Green Dot Environmental is currently seeking a successful LEED/Green building developer in the Chicagoland area, the candidate will serve as an Engineering Manager/Project Engineer an oversee all projects assigned that may include, but not limited to, existing building, new construction, commercial interior and other LEED/Green programs. This position will require knowledge of renewable energy technologies, co-generation, and energy saving strategies to implement and make recommendations that will result in utility savings and improvements on facility abnormalities.
